Assembling coffee capsules

Automatic machine that assembles silicone gaskets on pieces called capsules.
This automation starts from vibratory feeders that position the pieces in their correct position.

Given the complexity of the joints, the correct position is achieved by an additional vision team, in charge of discriminating the face before entering the mounting tape.
During the assembling process of both parts, function checks are carried out with a leak verification equipment and the final control of the correct assembly by means of a precision laser equipment.

The automation has an approximate production of 3500 pieces/hour.
