Semi-automatic rotary machine for manual component feeding.
The automation performs the shaping of the over-injected terminals, subsequently verifying the pressure by means of independent load cells.
If the control is correct, the parts are automatically assembled in each of the seats arranged in the "switch housing" part. Otherwise, they are evacuated through different channels.
The machine cycle is 1000 units/hour.
