Ice cream packaging assembly line

Automatic line made up of 2 independent units linked together by means of a conveyor belt.

The first equipment is a tube plunger mounting machine. The control is carried out with vision cameras, they are mounted and evacuated towards a transport belt as a lung.
The second team picks up the pieces from the previous belt, groups them and fits them together through a programmed servomotorized arm. Likewise, the boxes are automatically transported by a conveyor belt.

This line works at a rate of 7,800 pieces/hour and employs only one person for the tasks of feeding and removing boxes and general control.
